On the Path to Be Happy is a written and illustrated workbook for children aged 7 to 17, designed to support early identification of mental health concerns and behaviors that may align with neurodiverse traits. Using age-appropriate language and engaging imagery, it helps children explore emotions, recognize early signs of stress, and find ways to communicate their feelings with parents or caregivers.
The workbook encourages children to become active participants in their emotional well-being, giving them tools to describe experiences that may otherwise be difficult to express. For parents and caregivers, it acts as a practical early intervention tool, offering insight into a child’s inner world and fostering open, empathetic conversations.
By bridging the gap between children and the adults who care for them, On the Path to Be Happy provides a safe, structured way to address emotional challenges early, supporting resilience and positive growth.
